Catedrala San Pietro a suferit multe schimbări de la înființarea sa în 910, adăugând un cor de Pellegrino Tibaldi în 1575 și o naos, remodelată în stil baroc din secolul al XVII-lea. O ușă la capătul culoarului lateral din stânga duce la o colecție de comori artistice donate de-a lungul secolelor pentru a fi utilizate în sărbătorile religioase.
